Digital products are delivered immediately via a secure download link upon payment confirmation. Physical merchandise is processed and dispatched through our fulfillment network, with delivery timelines varying based on your location.

Pricing and Payments All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes (GST) unless otherwise noted at checkout. All transactions are securely processed via Razorpay. We support UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. We do not store your payment credentials on our servers. If a transaction fails but your account is debited, the payment gateway will automatically initiate a refund to your original payment method within standard banking timelines (typically 5 to 7 business days).

Digital Product Licensing and Copyright Purchasing a digital file grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license strictly for personal use. You are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or reselling the digital files. Commercial reproduction of the artwork or content is strictly forbidden. All intellectual property rights remain with the creator.

VIP Token and Discount Redemptions Specific digital purchases may unlock unique discounts or VIP tokens mapped to physical merchandise. These tokens are valid exclusively on agotostore.com, are single-use per eligible transaction, cannot be combined with other offers, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Order Processing and Shipping Once an order for physical merchandise is placed, it is packed and handed over to our designated courier partners. While we strive to ensure high quality and timely dispatch, we are not directly liable for logistical errors or unforeseen transit delays once the package leaves the facility. Our support team will, however, assist you with tracking and courier escalations.

User Conduct and Account Security You agree to provide accurate information during checkout. You are prohibited from using the website for fraudulent transactions, deploying malicious software, or attempting to bypass our digital security and payment gateways. We reserve the right to cancel orders or block IP addresses associated with suspicious activity.
