Digital Products (Instant Delivery) All digital products, including digital coloring books, are delivered instantly. Upon successful payment confirmation, you will receive an immediate download link on the checkout success page. A copy of your receipt and the download link will also be sent automatically to the email address provided during checkout. No physical shipping is involved for digital-only orders.

Physical Merchandise For physical merchandise purchased using your VIP token or via direct order, the following timelines apply:

  • Order Processing: After your payment is verified, your physical order is sent to our manufacturing and fulfillment facility. Processing, packing, and dispatching typically take 2 to 5 business days.
  • Shipping Timelines: Once dispatched, orders are handed over to our registered courier partners. Delivery within India generally takes an additional 3 to 7 business days, depending on your delivery PIN code and local logistics accessibility.
  • Total Expected Delivery: Please allow a total of 5 to 12 business days for your physical merchandise to reach your doorstep from the date of order placement.
